Mr3663 (David Perez)

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is David Perez. I am a graphic designer and a website developer. I have over 13 years of working with all types of digital media. I work remotely from home as a freelance designer and developer with most of my clients. I have worked on projects of various scales and duration over the years. I encourage you to navigate through my website and view the samples of my previous work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at anytime.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I started designing graphics at the age of 14 while working at a local print shop in Hollywood. My main duties were to make copies of movie scripts for our customers. I eventually began designing print material for customers like business cards, flyers, letter head and posters.

After a few years of designing graphics I progressed into the web development field. Combining my design skills with development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I was able to utilize my creativity to create sophisticated, modern and progressive looking websites for numerous clients.

My knowledge and skills have allowed me to design and develop for various design studios, web hosting companies, corporate and startup companies. I have now settled in the peaceful city of Boise, Idaho. What lead me to Idaho was a 6 month contract to work for Albertsons, the nationally known grocery chain, whose headquarters is based here in Boise, Idaho. After my contract was up, Albertsons hired me on full-time as their Senior User Interface Design Developer. I had the opportunity to work on many projects and websites owned by Albertsons like Albertsons.com and Savon.com, just to name a few. I ultimately ended up leaving Albertsons Corporate after a few years when it was bought out and taken over by SuperValu.

Since leaving Albertsons, I have been working as a freelance designer and developer. I am also taking some classes at Boise State University.
